Career Specifics:

Lead a team of technicians who maintain and repair HVAC equipment, ensuring customer satisfaction, training new employees, and responding to service calls.



  • 5+ years in management role
  • 10+ years’ experience in commercial HVAC service.
  • EPA Universal or similar certification



  • Lead a team of 10+ Service Technicians
  • Work independently, proficiently maintaining, and repairing HVAC equipment
  • Identify technical issues and provide solutions on projects, include costs associated, detail estimates of labor and materials, and procure materials required for projects
  • Coordinate and follow-up with customers regarding any maintenance issues, work orders, or scheduled shut down of equipment for repairs or replacement
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers, co-workers, and suppliers
  • Available for after-hours scheduled and/or emergency maintenance/repair functions
  • Ensure installations and repairs are in compliance with all applicable local, state and federal costs, regulations, and company directives
  • Identify/make recommendations for building improvements to increase energy efficiency, dependability and performance
  • Maintain, operate, and secure a company issued vehicle in accordance with company rules
